Our Doctors
Dr Elijah Sheedy (Chiropractor)
Dr Elijah graduated from the University of Sydney prior to completing his master’s degree in chiropractic at Macquarie University, with additional training in Focused Shockwave Therapy and spinal decompression.
His entry into chiropractic has its roots in his early life experiences, where he saw the many positive effects on those he loved. He wants everyone to experience a life that’s lived outside the confines of pain and discomfort and believes chiropractic care is a large part of being able to live life to its fullest.
Dr Joshua Sheedy (Chiropractor)
Dr Josh completed both his bachelor’s degree in chiropractic science (Distinction) and his master’s degree in chiropractic at Macquarie University. He has also taught undergraduate courses, including anatomy, histology, and biochemistry, while at Macquarie.
Like his brother, Dr Elijah, Dr Josh knew he wanted to be a chiropractor early on, from about the age of 12. He loves working with people, helping them get back on track and giving them hope. Most importantly, Dr Josh loves discovering what works for long-term overall health.

Ellyce Ellmoos

Meet Ellyce, our dedicated Clinic Manager. Ellyce is currently completing her master’s degree in business, specialising in Health Care Management, she is a passionate professional with a commitment to healthy living. Her genuine love for our patients and vibrant energy sets the tone for a clinic that feels like home, transforming each client experience into a reassuring step towards well-being.
As our Synapse Neural Pathways Scan Technician, certified HillDT Decompression Technician, and Shockwave Therapy Technician, Ellyce provides hands-on support to patients. Ellyce oversees the operations of the clinic, creating a culture of well-being for both patients and the Recover Clinics team. Beyond patient care, Ellyce plays a pivotal role in overseeing the project management of our expanding network of clinics. Her efforts contribute to empowering a greater number of individuals to achieve their optimal health potential.
